About Me
I’m a mother of three. I’m of Mi'kmaq (First Nations) and Celtic descent. And I’ve never known a time when I didn’t sense souls and energy around me.
It took years of developing these sensibilities, and a near-death experience in my late 20s, for me to fully embrace the practice of mediumship, and recognize it as my calling.
Shaped by a journey in my early years that included the transitions of both my mom and brother home to the spirit world, time in foster care, and eventual adoption by an aunt, I’m described now as someone who is straightforward and down to earth. My ever-changing environment taught me how to relate to the many faces I encountered, and how to create family with the people and souls around me.
I’ve learned to float down the river of life with ease. I’ve found surrender… the ability to let go and to trust my environment, with the knowing that spirit speaks through it.
It is my purpose to share this ease with you. To relate to you. And to see every soul as perfect in its entirety.

Through what are often described as profound, soulful experiences, my sessions help to expand understanding of the afterlife, of our journey here on earth, and of our direct connection to the “all” that is the universe. Everyone's understanding and experience of such things is wholly unique. I trust spirit to do the work, while I listen to, and follow, its guidance.
How it Works
I believe the ability to sense energies and frequencies is encoded in our DNA. A unique navigation system, similar to that of our animal friends, is inherent in us all. Our unity consciousness allows us to sense and comprehend energies, just as wild animals are alerted to an impending natural disaster.
In my work, I’m attuned to energy and souls around you. I sense frequencies. They come both as feelings, and as impressions in my mind. Drawing from my own memories and experiences, I interpret these scenes and sensations. With focused presence, I’m able to relay the messages encoded within
